2.2. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license set forth in Section 2.1 and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable laws or regulations.

2.3. 15% Transactions fees will charge for all transactions to seller on the Freelance Services page, Corporations, Companies, Private companies, Small businesses or any store front business will not be allowed to post on this website, all transactions on this site are a one time only, any person or persons that are not following these rules will be deleted from the site permanently.

2. User Content

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

5.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

6.2. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall letssalsanow.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

9.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Marketplace

You could place your free ads to sell any household items, personal items, clothing, plants, cars and a lot more, Marketplace is for local buyers and sellers only as the company is located in the Bay Area of San Francisco California, Marketplace will only accept cash or cash cards apps payment like Venmo and other cash apps for any transaction done  on the page, buyer will be able to contact and communicate with seller on the site and come up with a payment agreement before buyer comes to pickup item or items, only one time private transactions are allowed in the marketplace section of site. any other posts will be deleted from the site.

11. Post Your Free Events

We offer free event posting on this page, you could post all your events on this page free, all event posting is on a one time basis, you could post as many adds as you like one at the time for a one time transaction,
all events posted must be locate in the Bay Area only, no xxx material will be allowed on this site and will be flagged and reported.

12. Freelance Services

the freelance services page welcomes every talented seller to sell their skills with us in the digital and graphics fields, buyers will communicate with seller and make arrangements for any gig that buyer wants done, 15% transactions fees will be charge to any seller that is registered on this site, seller will discuss what type of gig and price with buyer, If your gig is not finished in time then seller will offer you more time to finish gig or give you a refund back for your purchased gig. all negotiations are between seller and buyer only.
